This is a complete beginner Twerk course. Over 6 week you will master how to twerk your booty. Twerking involves shaking the hips up and down in a vigorous bouncing motion, and a low, squatting stance.
Twerk classes are well suited as a cardio & toning class. Learn to isolate your booty!
It is recommended to BRING KNEE PADS.
Courses must have minimum number of sign ups to continue.
